Hello dear friends, today it's my turn to host the Magnolia DT Advent Calendar and I have a little tutorial for a Star Tree Hanger, you can find my first one here ...
You'll find the template here. Please save it and open in word to have the correct size. Print and cut the template and draw on Cardstock.
After cutting the cardstock you have to mark the folding lines. To do this I put the template on my piece of cardstock and use the Bone Folder to score the lines.
It should look like this:
Fold all lines ...
I stamp the background and distress the edges with Versamark before I'll glue everything.
Putting together is a bit difficult but I tried to make pictures to show it step by step ...
First of all glue the sites like this.

Now your star is almost done and you can also use it as Giftbox to hang on the tree. For this you should use non-permanent adhesive.
Put the star together like this.

Skin ~ Tattered Rose, Tea Dye
Hair ~ Scattered Straw, Brushed Corduroy
Clothes ~ Antique Linen, Frayed Burlap
Wings and Wand ~ Pumice Stone, Wild Honey, Walnut Stain

Hello dear friends, today we have a new Challenge at TOMIC, it's "Vintage and Lace". Finally I used the cute Tilda in a Christmas Stocking for the first time ...
