Hello dear friends, we have new challenge today at TOMIC and because we're celebrating Tilda's Birthday these days, we'd like to see a girly Birthday Card following a Sketch. I used the Tilda with Heart Balloons for the first time on this card. I've covered the Balloons with Glossy Accent.
